hey there pals,

Welcome to the Sunday edition of HKS thread. Today, we remind ourselves of the self-care we deserve & may have forgotten throughout the week.

So, take your time to unwind, slow down and enjoy some down time. I know I certainly need to do this. My own attempt is spacing my calendar to make time for me. yesterday was a deliberate slow day. In search of inspiration, the read "the little prince". while i got the message, i also felt tad melancholic at how it ended. i loved the book and had bought a decorated hard bound edition for keeps. did you have any similar experiences with any other books?

workouts: I just completed Day 3 of Fit Challenge. I had swapped to one of Erica's balance workouts. It was my first time working out with her, and it really was great. :)
