Monday walks will be returning - hiking advice wanted

Hi all! Those that have been here for a while might remember my Monday walks. I am planning to go in a 136 km (84 miles) walk in oktober and need to start training. I've had bursitis in both my hips long ago and that tends to flare up on long walks. So, I am looking for advice to prevent that. I have never done a multiple day hike with bag before. So also looking for advice on that..

This Monday I won't go on a walk since we have a day off. Planning on a walk the Monday after that .
