Hi FB Fam!
I’m having trouble in figuring out what workout program to do that isn’t on FB Plus, I’m a skinny fat guy so I lack muscle and look flabby and I’m tired of lacking confidence! So I want to lose weight and build some definition.
My work is kinda standing in the same spot all day in retail so I’m not all that active during the day , but I’m not sitting much either.
I’ve tried a few programs and never really see results, could this be due to my diet, eating too much?
What programs do you guys recommend for skinny fat?
