Hello Blenderz! How are you all today?

I'm a bit tired on this Tuesday, but otherwsie doing mostly alright.

So do you have a workout in mind or already done? ..Shab and Kim, what Kayla workout(s) did you pick for today? I kept mine upper body focused and had a great combo with these two:
