Arch pain in foot

Hi everyone! :')

I wanted to reach out and see if any of you have encountered the same issue during longer cardio workouts. Every now and then, I experience a strong arch pain in my foot, mostly in the right one. Normally, I am working out in socks and it is not a problem, but when the pain kicks in, I have to switch to a cooldown or a lower-impact workout on a mat. It's frustrating because I know I could push myself further.

If any of you have faced this issue and discovered ways to strengthen the muscles and reduce or even eliminate the pain, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Has anyone tried using a resistance band or specific exercises that helped? I'm open to any information or recommendations you might have. Thank you in advance! ♡
