I was wondering if I can request for some new stretching/flexibility and mobility workouts? I love to add them to my daily strengh/cardio workout. But I feel like I've done all stretching routines so many times that I would love to see something new.
It would be also super cool to have some mobility/streching workout from every trainer, beacuse everyone has diffrent style.
Also, I would be more than happy to see some new workout like 10-15 minutes work break stretches or low impact cardio, just to move body a little bit between hours in front of computer :)
