HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability Group May 17th

Hi Blendfriends!

We're here in the middle of the week and depending on where you live it is a little Friday. Tomorrow is a holiday here and I took Friday off so I have an extra long weekend.

I went for my run last night. The new shorts were great and the new route was good. Part was unpaved and there were more trees so I could stay in the shade. I felt calm most of the time and did 6km. I could have gone further but stopped there to leave with a good feeling. Quick core workout after. I am not sure if it was the shorts, going after work or the shade but I am really happy with it.

This morning I did a lower body kettlebell workout with Nicole. It was good. It was nice to do some different types of moves.

What do you have planned today? Rest, activities for the body or the brain?

We will drive to Freiburg tonight to visit friends and then Friday further south to family. Then we can celebrate missed birthdays, mothers day and fathers day. I hope to get in a run or two and I have packed a resistance band. I hope to get some workouts in.
