How to get narrower shoulders?


I've been doing strength workouts for a good few weeks now (along with other kind of workouts), and I've been enjoying it very much, I can see great results, but unfortunetely my shoulders got wider and my hips got narrower. Now, it's not a very conspicuous change yet, but I would like to avoid any further widening in my shoulders, so could you please give me advices how to maintain the present width of my shoulders while doing regular strength workouts?
