Daily Check-in: Tuesday, May 16th

Hey Blenderz! How are you on this Tuesday?

I'll kick things off with sharing a photo of one of my Chestnut trees putting out the catkins. I have two trees that are loaded, so that's a good sign for a nice harvest later in the year.

So, Blendfriendz, are you ready to get to all things fitness?

Let's talk workouts! What's on your calendar today? ..Shab and Kim, how are you feeling after day one with Tasha? I've got 360 lower body soreness. From glutes to quads, I'm feeling it. So good thing day 2 is about the upper body! From that added balance challenge to those ladder burnouts. Whew! It's a burn and a half! Good luck today!

Now on to the food side of life, got anything planned? Ehh, another day of "I don't know, I'll figure it out last minute" over here for myself!
