New Workout! Strictly Strength Upper Body EMOMs

Good morning FB Family!

We’ve got an under 30-minute, straightforward upper body strength routine with no jumping on deck for you today!

Strictly Strength Upper Body EMOMs

The workout includes two five-minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) circuits with two exercises a piece during which you will aim to complete a prescribed number of reps within a minute’s time before the next minute begins. No worries — the goal reps are not high so that you can focus on lifting your heavy (for you) weight selections for each exercise. You have the option of increasing the goal reps during the third and final round of each EMOM! Ultimately, you determine your goal reps. Aim for at least 12 to 15 seconds of recovery between rounds to get a feel for how many reps you should be completing each round.

This workout is a great way to fit a short but effective upper body routine into a busy schedule without completely destroying your arms. Your upper body should feel happily “toasty” by the end of this workout. Maybe “happy” isn’t quite the right way to describe this feeling but I’m going to go with it for now.
