Hello Pals! It’s quite late and by late, I mean it’s 2 p.m. and I still haven’t started the thread… I’ve been quite busy today. Thing is, I don’t always know what to expect when I start work each day. Sometimes it’s task after task other times it’s plain sailing.
The weather is disgusting. I’m not saying it’s like on Venus but it’s definitely very unfriendly. I started the day by doing Day 11 of Abs 3 with Erica and I realised that I can lift heavier when doing bicep curls. Yay.
Anyway, unfortunately I don’t have any facts for you today which is entirely my fault because I should’ve done some research yesterday but my procrastination dragon has been extra strong nowadays.
I must go now, have an easy day and enjoy the sunshine if you can.
