Hello, Blenders!

how are you today? How was your weekend?

I hope all's well with you!

I wanna give a great big Thank You to our wonderful weekend guest host Kristina for taking care of Coronation Weekend for us! Kristina: thanks so much for hosting, and it is always a joy to hear from you!

Okie dokie, Blendfriendz, let's talk workouts, shall we?

What do your workouts look like for today?

Me and my good buddies Shab and Raven are having a week of Daniel workouts! So I went through and selected some that were marked 'not completed' and made a week of them. Though: some of them I KNOW I've done before, but they were completed long before the calendar existed, and definitely before the 'workout complete'/'day complete' buttons came into being. Regardless, it'll fun to revisit some older FB routines with Daniel!

And then the following week: I am gonna do Tasha's new 5 day challenge! I am so excited for that!

Ok, and what about some good food going on today?

I dunno. I'll find what needs used up in the fridge, and go from there.

Finally, a pic! We are finally starting to see some signs of Spring around here! As such, here's some lovely serviceberry blossoms!
