It is a beautiful sunny day here. This is the first rain free weekend we have had since the start of 2023.
My sister is visiting, we like to do similar things so we are going for walks at my favorite spots, having coffee and of course eating.
The picture is of a garden near a local popsicle place that has homemade popsicles in interesting flavors. I had pomegranate ginger. It was refreshing and a switch from me choosing a chocolate themed treat.
Lillie is being brave. At first sheshe watched my sister from a distance and then retreated to my bedroom. Now she will sit by the window in the dining room with us.
My exercise has been mostly walking. I have a few more days of Jumpstart and then it will be on to Strong 3 or abs3.
