How are you today? Are you ready for your weekend?

I know I am! And I hope you'll stick around to check in with our wonderful weekend guest host; Kristina! Kristina, thanks so much for ghosting!

As for today? How are things going, Blenderz?

It's ok. Yesterday was one of those busy days where is was go-go-go from the time I got up to the time I went to bed. But that's ok. I got some more stuff to do today, and then I am absolutely ready for a weekend break!

But what about workouts for today, Blendiez?

Yesterday I did Amanda's barre routine. It felt pretty good. Today will be something upper body!

What's on the menu for today, Blenders?

I'm thinking it's a good day for some tacos!

Finally, a pic! Meet my newest little fuzzy additions: Hosea and Bessie (Bessie is in the foreground, Hosea's in the background)! They are baby African geese. They are about a week old now, and I love them. They are so cute, and so personable.
