Daily Check-in: Tuesday, May 2nd

Hello, Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

I'm a bit tired and stressed.

Yesterday, my Bailey girl had surgery to remove a tooth that had been infected. However, the vet removed the wrong tooth.

So I'm a bit upset about the whole ordeal. And my poor girl basically had unnecessary surgery.

My vet is a good vet, and has always been wonderful to my furbabies; but this upsets me a great deal.

Bailey is ok, though, now; but will have to undergo surgery again in about a month's time. She's also 11 years old; so going under GA is worrisome one time, but now having to do it twice is even more stressful for her.

Oye.

Anywho, let's talk workouts shall we?

What do your workouts look like for today?

I did a total body with Erica yesterday just to get some movement in (being careful with my shoulder). Now, today, I think I'll find something more lower body and core specific.

What's on the menu for today?

Food, no doubt!
