FB Burn Complete

Hi everyone!

I just finished FB Burn today. I really enjoyed it and see results I am happy with. I'm proud of myself for staying consistent even on days I didn't feel ultra motivated.

I am figuring out which program to tackle next. Does anyone know which of the programs are more cardio/hiit balanced, versus being heavy on the weight lifting? I guess what I am trying to ask is which of the programs are most similar to the Burn series? If you happen to know I'd greatly appreciate your knowledge!
