How are you all doing today? How was your weekend?

I hope it was great! And I hope you checked in with our lovely and sunny weekend ghost: Shabnam! Shab; thanks so much for ghosting!

And of course: a massive thank you to our fantastic Miss Raven for hosting the past two weeks of check-ins as well!

Alright guys, how are things going?

It's going here. Tryin not to stress; but that's about it .

As for workouts? What do your workouts look like for today?

I'm not sure as of yet. I've been nursing a stinger in my neck and shoulder for a bit; so I gotta work around that. So perhaps I'll do something lower body focused today.

What about some food? What's on the menu for today, Blenderz?

So far: coffee. And that about as far as I've gotten.
