Request: Chair workouts

My mother(62) absolutely loves to exercise (running being her favorite), and is very active. But, she has recently had a couple of scary falls, the most recent she broke her wrist. I think she would benefit from your balance/proprioception type videos, but with a broken wrist on top of a risk of falling - this would be a bad mix. I was wondering if you could start a “from your chair” series that could start her and others that are coming back from such circumstances. Cardio, core, toning, and some proprioception from a seated position with minimal up and down would be a good start, if possible. Just a thought on a new series, I know at least one who would benefit greatly😀
