Small Victory

I've been with fitness blenders probably from the beginning. On and off over the past 10 years or so. I rejoined FB plus this year and took my nutriention seriously for the first time! In the past 2 months I've seen great results, by eating nutrient dense foods and a 30 minute workout 5 times a week. It is insane. My muscles in my legs have muscle! And my abs are peeping through! I have tons of energy and I haven't had to go to the chiropractor, because my body is moving everyday and the yoga and mobility excercises inbetween is making a massive difference!
