Halfway through my second program of 2023! Booty Round 3

Just checking in to hold myself accountable, I am halfway through FB Booty Round 3. I really like this new program so far. With my forever healing serratus injury I can really only do lower body stuff. Some of the planks I'm modifying as that shoulder still gets really sore after workouts. But I'm feeling really strong. I did the two rounds of 30 second of jump squats with minimal fatigue, my quads just went to work!

My cat was especially interested in my workout tonight. She also likes to roll over on her back next to me when I do any floor work. An added bonus.

I'm feeling really proud even though in my prime I was able to work out 5 days a week. I just don't have that time in my schedule at all. I would love some more 3 day or 4 day workouts, maybe one that focuses on core or total body! Please and thank you!
