HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 12th

Happy Wednesday!

I feel so mixed up this week but very happy it is Wednesday. Whether you had a full week or only a 4-day week, we are officially at the halfway point. I think I like Wednesdays for that reason. It is almost Thursday, which is little Friday.

But instead of thinking into the future, what is happening right now?

I either slept through my alarm, or turned it off in my sleep and got up 45 minutes late. I could have let that start my day on the wrong foot, but I decided to do my workout. I used the swap feature to do a workout that was new to me. I was with Nicole again (I really like her!) and we did glutes with band, ball and weight. Some new exercises that I really liked. The swap feature is great! Especially when you want to try new workouts.

Since the weather is super crummy I will push my scheduled run to tomorrow.
