I'd be interested to know if anyone does any type of strength training workout routines that you do in a week, whether it's body building or something to that effect. Do you do a push day/pull day/leg day, etc., or any other type of structure? Or is it more like upper body, lower body, core, etc. I'm thinking it would be nice to have some type of FB program that focuses on a certain strength training schedule such as push day, pull day, leg day, core, HIIT. I don't think there is such a program as this. Also, I know Daniel has a couple videos one for push and one for pull (UB), but can't seem to find too much more like that, especially when I "find similar" nothing comes up for push/pull.
