Daily Check-in: Tuesday, April 11th

Hello, Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

Yesterday ended up being rather busy for me, but it's all good. I got a lot done, and that's a good thing.

We've also been having some crazy warm weather here for this time of year. It's supposed to reach almost 80 degrees (F) starting tomorrow, and for the rest of the week. That is far too warm for me! But it's only for a few days, so we'll manage.

Ok, let's talk workouts shall we?

What's happenin with workouts today, Blenders?

Even with yesterday being busy, I was able to fit in the lower body workout with Brian. And Oh.My.Quads--Shabnam knows what I'm talking about! That squat matrix, amirite?

But for today, it's upper body with Brian! I think me and my workout buddies Raven and Shabnam are all doing this same workout today? I love this upper body one by Brian--it's quickly become a fave of mine! How about you workout buddies? How are you feeling today?

And what's on the menu for today, Blendiez?

Um. Hm. Maybe eggs?

Finally, a pic! A male ring-necked duck hanging out with a tundra swan. The size difference between the two is kind of amazing!
