M/T are my rest days.
W/Th/F/S/S are my weight lifting days.
I just started jui jitsu, on M/T.
This puts me in a lurch with no rest days. I don't want to lose what muscle I have gained. How do I incorporate lifting and jui jitsu!?
(I work M until 3, and jui is at 530, so it would be asking a lot to fit in a lift to piggy back on the day).
