Welcome to another Sunday edition of HKS!
Happy Easter to all those celebrating 🐰 I'm heading out to meet some friends. The city's practically empty. A lot of folks will be returning back this evening or tomorrow. Some cafés are still open though, for folks like us 😇
Other than that, I have a core + HIIT workout for this evening. It's one with both K&D and I've already done it a bunch of times and it's also in my favourites.
