I wanted your take on something..
I'm currently trying to lose some weight as per recommend by my doctor, i think I got the nutrition part down, but I'm struggling with the workouts..
I work full time and I'm also at university so i don't have a lot of time, but i aim at 3 or 4 workouts per week. I know strength training is really good for losing weight and looking lean and I want to be stronger, but i don't really enjoy strength training workouts, I'm more into pilates and kickboxing.
I guess my question is, what is a good way to build some muscle without the typical same moves workout videos, if there is any.
