All the Amanda!

I finished FB Jumpstart the two weeks ago and was looking for something new to do. When I started clicking around I realized of Amanda's 43 workout that I'd done 36 so OBVIOUSLY needed to go through the rest and this morning I did!

My form has gotten so much better working out with Amanda. My mindset is trying to change to not only say that slow can be better but actually believe it too and not feel like someone is going to challenge me. But I did a "low impact cardio" yesterday and I was so mindful of my body movements and feeling the right muscles and my heart rate was up like I'd done HIIT.

Erica and Brian are easy targets for next. But I think I'll splice in everyone else because that is what makes FB so great :)
