Daily Check-in: Wednesday, April 5th

Hello, Blendfriendz!

how are you today?

I'm a bit tired. We had storms last night with near constant thunder and lightning. Didnt make it easy to sleep. And we're supposed to have strong storms today--wind, hail, maybe tornadoes--so not lookin forward to that either.

But lets talk about something more positive, like workouts! What do your workouts look like for today?

I'm on Day 3 of Erica's challenge with my good buddies Raven and Shabnam! I'm excited that it's an upper body day! How about you workout buddies? How are you feeling thus far into the challenge?

And what about some good food going on today, Blenderz?

Hm. Not sure on that front!

Finally, a pic! A snow goose stands next to a Canada goose. The waterfowl are really starting to migrate in, and it's great to see new birds again.
