Plateau…

Why am I not losing anymore fat? :( I’ve done FBStrong1 , FBStrong3, and then because I hadn’t noticed any changes in scale, measurements or photos, I decided maybe I do need more cardio in my life. I am almost done with FBFit30 and I have pretty much always been choosing the most difficult option available on the calendar - I am still seeing no change. I still have quite a bit of fat left to lose. I eat around 1500 calories a day Monday - Friday and eat extremely balanced. On Saturdays and Sundays I allow a little more “junk” in but still do not go over 1800 calories.

Wanted to add, in the past month, I decided to start trying to add more protein into my diet to see if maybe that was the problem and it has not changed anything.
