PCOS workouts?

Hello guys!

Does anyone here have PCOS and do FB workouts regularly? I had to pause all HIIT and strength training workouts due to high cortisol levels but now my doctor has given me the green light to incorporate them back into my routine.

I'm currently fasting for Ramadan so I've opted for the FBReach programme to give me some light weight strength training without overexertion.

I want to do either the FB Low Impact or the FBFit 30 min version once I'm done but I'm struggling to make up my mind.

Just wanted to hear from other women with a similar medical condition to mine! :)
