Help me design a workout!

Hello!

How is everyone today? Have you found any new favorite workouts lately? We have had SO much good new content being released!

I've designed a new workout that I'm looking forward to filming later this week. It has a lot of new exercises that I've been enjoying lately. I've got this entire Core and Cardio workout all planned out, except one detail: the timing structure. I thought that you all might be the perfect place to go to nail down this detail. You can vote in the comments below.

So FB Family, would you rather:

a) Tabata Style: 20 Seconds On, 10 Seconds Off - maybe 3-4 rounds each exercise

OR

b) Longer intervals and rest breaks - maybe 45 Seconds On, 15 Seconds Off

What do you think? I'll be filming this on Thursday, so you have until then to weigh in! While you're here, if you have any other specific workout requests, let me know. *Edited to add that I have a new bored easily bodyweight cardio workout being published next tuesday!
