HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 3rd 🕰️🛩️

Good morning, lovely Blendfriends. I'll start by saying that everyone's welcome to read and to post on our various daily check-ins.

Today will be just a quick check-in from me, as I was tired and allowed myself to sleep later than usual. So a favorite thought for the day :

I'll be "flying" off to the office now ... on foot, of course! I'm going to be brave and take the stairs when I get there, it's a tiny HIIT workout when I stop for a 10-second breather on the way. I'm planning on yoga tonight, Aly has a new one for opening up the chest which would be great for me. My fallback workout if I'm too busy (doing that darned laundry or maybe trying the new kind of fish I got, "plaice") is Kelli's Better posture and tension relief. But honestly, I can't wait for my back to heal up completely so I can try Erica's 5-day challenge.

How is the new week treating all of you? Any good ideas on cooking plaice?😋
