I finished my first program of 2023!

I wasn’t sure I’d have time this weekend to do my last scheduled workout but I got it in while the kids were eating dinner (they got dinner and a show watching me lift while they ate!)

I finished Fb Booty Round 2 tonight, this is one of my favorite programs and the second time I’ve finished it all the way through. Doing the 3 day a week workouts has been really helpful with my schedule.

During this program I’ve noticed that anything that relies on arm strength is really tough for me after my injury this time last year to my serattus. It did allow me to build up some strength in my arm though. I think I’ll continue to just focus on lower body for awhile as I continue to build up strength.

My main goal for this was to just complete a program, and get back into the swing of things! Tomorrow I’m hoping to start a new program!
