The focus in this sequence is to match the movement to the breath, build awareness of where certain muscles connect to bone, and lean in to breathing from your diaphragm. Feel free to experiment with different lengths of breath. The pace of this flow is meant to encourage muscle control and dynamic stability so don’t be afraid to take your time!
I’m curious to know when you are feeling the most tight throughout the week, and if this pattern of movement offers any relief.
