Could you bring back short workout videos around 10 mins or less?

This actually isn't my first time making a post to request short workouts, and thankfully FB listened to me last time and put out quite a few 15-20 min workouts since then. If you allow me to be greedier, I would love to see new workouts even shorter than those, like 10 mins or less. Kelli and Daniel filmed a ton of them in their early days but the last time we had one that were not warm-up or cool-down is... quite a long time ago.

I love to add my own extra credit to scheduled workouts from program/challenge all the time, and after doing 40-50 minute-long full workouts I often crave for a little more but 15+ minutes EC feel too long at the end of them.

In particular, I would LOVE to see more:

- burn-out style HIIT/strength training

- routines focused on specific muscles or body parts

- advanced moves with or without equipments

Basically some challenging moves that may not be deemed accessible to everyone (due to difficulty or lack of equipment), so not suitable to be included in full-length workouts. I really love how these old workouts motivate me to push beyond my comfort zone though.

I think short workouts will allow more scheduling flexibility for users, and easier planning and filming for trainers😁 Just my two cents. Thanks always for listening to us!
