Happy Sunday Ppaps!

I am sharing another picture of my happy place from my trip last week. This is one is at sunset over the bay.

Yesterday I did something fun. I helped at a cheerleading competition for Special Olympics. This was the first competition in several years so the athletes were excited. My job was to escort one of the groups to the warmup area and then to the competition area on time. My group was excited and the coaches were more nervous about the competition than the athletes. They used a nice upbeat song, Miley Cyrus's Party in the USA for the music portion. They got a Gold Medal! I was proud.

Now when I exercise I imagine everyone cheering me on.😊

Yesterday I did day 3 of Jumpstart, a light cardio workout with Kelli. I almost swapped it out for Aly's new workout but I decided I needed the cardio. Today I have a short upper body workout with Tasha so I might have time to add Aly's new one.

Right now it is 60 F, and partly cloudy, so perfect walking weather for my Sunday walk.
