hey there folks,

how are we doing today? how's your Sunday treating you? Mine nudged me (ever so slightly) to have a pizza, and sure I did 😁 I mean been quite long haven't had one and so.. The last couple of days were hyper social with events at school. But I am glad I was mindful of what I was eating out. Today, we bring in the balance 😅

I had restarted Strong 3 week 3 and so today is Day 18 recovery workout. I had 73 mins of Tasha workout yesterday before heading out to a dinner outside. So. Sore. I think my glutes and my back are not so happy with me now, haha!

Other than that, I will be traveling to France in 3 days for 3 days, so I have been cleaning the apartment thoroughly so I can have it ready for the cat sitter. Has taken me all morning and some more to go..

i hope to have some easy couple of hours this evening before crazy work week starts from tomorrow.. now, over to you pals. what activities and/or plans for this Sunday?
