Day 1... Again

I have had numerous "day ones" in the 8 years I've been with Fitnessblender but it's okay! I'm back again after a year's hiatus. I've been walking regularly since last December but I also went through a stupidly busy work period last year that involved traveling and traveling meant grabbing easy meals on the go that aren't healthy. It had consequences but I'm fixing that now. I have better plans for eating when travelling so that's already made a difference.

I started FB reboot and completed the first workout this morning. It was really tough but I know my body remembers how it's done eventually. I'm also going to try morning workouts from now on to get them done before work. It will mean a 5am wake up but it's only an hour earlier than my normal alarm and thankfully we're moving towards lighter mornings.

Here's to 8 weeks of consistency and kindness to myself 🤞 If anyone else is in the same boat currently, I'd love to hear.
