Thank you FB - Morning Mobility!

Hi all, I wanted to briefly express my thanks to the FB team and celebrate a win.

To the FB team, I have learned so much about mobility from you and it has really helped me have better form and more effective workouts. Thanks for great content! And a special thanks to Kelly and Daniel for bringing in such amazing team members during the FB expansion. You've truly kept the FB culture and enriched our experiences.

To Celebrate! 2 weeks ago I took several active stretches and mobility moves and made two morning routines. One is all standing, and one starts out lying in the bed (because some mornings are just like that!). I've done these 12 out of 14 days and they have really helped minimize my joint pain in the morning.
