Returning after a very long break and having a baby

Hey everyone!

I used to workout with FB a lot a few years ago but eventually life got in the way and I stopped working out all together.

I had a baby a year ago and since then I've been trying to get back into it but my motivation is zero and I end up giving up after a few days. Looking after a tiny human and working full time is more exhausting than I thought!

I guess I decided to come on here to see if anyone is somewhat in the same situation and also to help keep me accountable.

Yesterday I decided to start small so I am now doing the FB Reach challenge and just completed day 2. Yey me!

Anyone else out there also coming back to exercise after a very long break?
