Welcome to Wednesday!

How will you treat yourself today? Rest, a gentle workout, or something spicer? Whatever it is here is your reminder to try and eat healthy today. No one ever regretted that. But! If you want a cookie or two or some chocolate or a small treat, let yourself enjoy. Building a healthy relationship with food is something I have been working on.

This morning I surprised myself and went for a short, but peppy run. It was so foggy in the field I could not see anything. It was like I was alone in a cloud. Then I added in a lower body/core band workout with Nicole. Man my hips were angry.

Today is my last day at work this week thankfully. I have been feeling burnt out anyways. Someone in the house will be celebrating 40 (not me!) and we cancelled our original plans and decided to just chill out at home and do what we want. Stress-free. There will be birthday cake and yummy food of course. Perhaps a vineyard walk if the weather holds up.
