HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability Group March 21st

Good Tuesday morning!

I am enjoying a slow morning with Loki cuddled up next to me. And it may turn into a slow day too, and that’s ok. I am on vacation and I am trying to do things that I enjoy, and not put pressure on myself to do things that I think I should be doing, like Spring cleaning or my taxes. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t. It’s good to enjoy “wasting time” sometime.

What WILL happen is day 2 of the FB Old School Challenge, and a walk later in the day. I’m having to do PT exercises for my left Achilles tendon, my hips and my ankles. These areas get painful anytime I pick up regular walking again, after a long break. But thankfully, the physiotherapy exercises, stretches and massages help.

What will your day look like? And will it include a moment to enjoy “wasting” time?
