Beginning Week 3!

I’m about to complete day 7 of FB Booty 2! I’m so pumped that there’s a new program in this genre and style available, (3 days/wk) and I’ll probably do that one next if I can manage to complete this program.

I’ve been pushing through my lack of motivation and I feel really proud to have not missed a day considering my schedule. I miss the days of working from home and toddler nap workouts were so easy to crush. But I’m happy to be building the time back in for myself.

I’m feeling more toned and stronger in my quads specifically. I’m definitely still feeling decently stiff as I’m getting used to moving around again, but I’m lifting 15 and 20lb dumbbells respectively depending on the moves and that feels good so far, so I’m pleased.

I’m trying to keep my energy up as much as possible. Do y’all have any alternatives to an afternoon cup of coffee? Or energy boosting snacks/drinks/supplements that you enjoy?
