Post C section ¹- where to start?

Hola community

Im 14 months post partum. I had a c section, and must say a pretty easy recovery.

Altough I used to work out on a regularl basiss, I was on bed rest the last trimester and did not move much.

Now, after 14 months im finally getting a better control of my time, I would LOVE to start working out again.

Any recommendations to where to start? I feel COMPLETLY LOST =/
