New Plus Workout: 30-Minute Full Body Power Training

Hey, Fitness Blender!

We’re taking a breather from pure strength and cardio workouts to focus on a different-yet-similiar concept, power generation. Try it out in today’s release:

30-Minute Full Body Power Training

Why is it important to include power training in our workout regime? Well, for starters, it is a vital part of athletic performance. Most sports demand high amounts of power generation from the body whether it comes from the torso and shoulder (like tennis) or lower body. Doing power workouts also prevents injury and ensures that our ligaments, joints, and tendons are working properly.

Today’s release includes a warm-up, cool down, two working circuits, and one bodyweight burnout round. Grab a set of medium weights, and clear some space around you before pressing “Play.” This set includes my all-time favorite exercise, the Human Maker, as well as a quick tutorial on how to do it. You can find the tutorial at Timestamp 12:50.

There are numerous benefits to power training so be sure to check out the Write Up for more information. Loving this type of work? Let us know in the Comments below.
