Day 2 of No Eating Out Accountability

I was able to have breakfast and lunch at home without eating out. I had eggs for breakfast, then lunch was rice and beef stew.

I was intensely stressed at work and ended pretty late (7 PM). I normally would have ordered cupcakes after lunch. Instead I ordered Greek salad, cannoli, and greek gyro sub. Still too expensive.

I think it's better since I didn't engorge myself on cupcakes, but it's still eating out. I'll be driving my car out tomorrow to go grocery shopping thanks to the Mealtime app! There is a cupcake shop nearby, but I'll put it as a small step forward since it's significantly cheaper to pick something up yourself rather than door dash. There's a thrift store nearby, so I think that I'll pick up a new outfit and maybe reward myself for groceries - I'm trying to come up with new rewards that replace the immediate dopamine rush of doordash - I think the main issue is that I order food out too much via an app, but if I'm out, I very rarely eat out.
