Moving Apartment and Habit Change

Hi FB family!

I wasn't active in the community for a while but followed your posts and yes, I worked out (at least a little). It was more to prevent back pain when it already started to hurt and an occasional strength training. So it could be better and I want it to get better in the near future! Since I'm moving back to Munich next Saturday the plan is to start right away with good habits. Like working out regularly again, maybe stretching in the morning since I don't need as long to the office as I do now. Less Netflix... You know what I mean: new apartment, new start, new me. I don't want to plan too much since we all know the problem with every new year resolution...

So where and how to start? Anyone got to really change their habits?
