How are you today?

We're already at Thursday of our week--so that means we gotta talk ghosting! Here's our current line-up:

March 18th & 19th: Inge

March 25th & 26th: Shabnam

April 1st & 2nd: Coby

April 8th & 9th: ???

April 15th & 16th: Lea

And as always, if you are interested in guest hosting any weekend after April 15th&16th just let me or Raven know, and we'll get ya scheduled in! Thank you all for volunteering!

What's happenin on that front today?

I did an upper body and abs Pilate combo with Amanda yesterday, and today I really wanna try Erica's newest lower body routine. So that's my plan!

And what's on the menu for today?

No idea!

It's getting ever so much closer to officially beings springtime, and here's a pic to prove it! A robin! They're back! And this one's munchin on a winterberry!
