Perspiration Pals 16 March 2023

Hi Pals! How are you today? I’m getting better because I can already imagine working out so Monday it is. I owe my body this week off since it successfully fought off a nasty little virus. Besides, I rested my left shoulder for weeks, and my muscles won’t atrophy in the following couple of days.

My question for you today is this: What’s your go-to ‘recovery’ meal after your digestive system gets rid of a demon? I usually start with things that don’t contain a lot of fibre, dairy or aren’t too spicy. I also drink a lot of fruit tea and water.
