I hope you are doing as well as your current circumstances allow you.

I'm taking over from Lara for now and wish her that the hosting break will help her to find some peace and quiet.

I chose the quote today because I had the chance to finally meet the girlfriend of my son in person. What a young and strong woman. She told me a bit about herself and my heart goes out to her. She already went through hell and it made me realize that to be able to dream about the future, knowing that there will be a tomorrow, is a privilege, which we shouldn't take for granted.

I don't know how to get from such a heavy topic to workouts.

Maybe, it stopped raining here for now, but for St Patrick's day tomorrow the weather forecast is dreadful.
